Leadership YOUniversity

Leadership YOUniversity is a powerful five-month program is designed to assist businesses in the development of your employees by providing valuable professional development training and team building exercises.  We encourage business and organizations to participate in this outstanding program provided by the Ada Chamber of Commerce.

Leadershipship YOU brings talented, knowledgeable and experienced presenters to Ada each month to engage participants in meaningful, in-depth sessions.  The purpose of the program is two-fold: to provide the beneficial service of leadership training locally to our members and to help develop the next generation of our community’s leaders.

Because this outstanding program brings the training to Ada, your organization will benefit from having access to nationally known presenters without incurring costly travel expenses.  In addition, your employee(s) will be better prepared for leadership positions in your business and those within community and professional organizations as well.  The class meets on the second Wednesday of each month from 8:30 to 4:30.
